The funding association RadioMuseum Cologne is engaged as research and education institution for the following important tasks:

Collection of all information, printings, produced devices, voices and music which have been created in Germany since the radio and sound tape development, particularly in the Cologne media area.

The promotion of education, connected with the reconstruction of research and science (radio history), should be base for a meeting place for young and old (youth and seniors), who can inform and educate about past development.

The members exchange regularly their technical knowledge and support themselves. Every member has access to the wide technical library and circuit diagram collection.
